He is survived by: his wife Judith Johnson of Glen Flora, WI; his children, Travis Johnson (BJ) of Dunellen, NJ, Kimberly Myers (Rocky) of Castle Rock, CO and Andrea Johnson of Otego, NY; his grandson Cole Johnson; his children, Mackenzie Johnson, Gavin Myers and Haley Myers; and his sisters, Donna Lumsden (Steve) of Cedar Park, TX, Joan West of Appleton, WI and Kay Goetsch of Florissant, MO.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
