He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Hicks (Laura), Kurt Hicks (Keri) and John Hicks (Denise); his grandchildren, Amy Everard (Steve), Abby Gardebrecht (Clint), Kassie Bainie (Josh), Benjamin Hicks (Thea), Blair Hicks and Brady Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Ava, Daylen, Croix, Nyah, Asher, Aiva, Talulah and Bianca.
