He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hoffman and Virginia Hoffman (Hensley); and his brother Donald Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Randy Hoffman (Leanne) of Ashland, WI, Todd Hoffman (Jamie) of Atlanta, GA and Alicia Pitcher of Porterfield, WI; and his brothers, Ken Hoffman and Wayne Hoffman (Pam). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
