He is survived by: his children, Curtis Smits (Cindi), Daryl Smits (Patsy) and Carol Petrina (Mike); his grandchildren, Stacy Smits, Troy Smits, Kevin Smits (Kelli), Andy Smits (Danielle), Trent Smits, Alissa Petrina, Faith Petrina and Ashley Petrina; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Jarret, Ellie, Bryant, Marty, Bennett, Blake and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Anna Mae Blazer (late Robert) and George Smits (Doris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
