He is survived by: his mother Donna Klein; his significant other Daniel Kolbow; his siblings, Patricia Plzak Gilles, Deborah Cichocki (Gary Bunker), Victoria Mulder (Gary), Mary Kiehnau (Douglas), Jean Anderson (Randy) and Timothy Plzak (Deb); his niece Jennifer; his nephews, Dereck and Eugene; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Lombard (Jim), Chrissy Kolbow (Wayne), Barbara Phenis (Jamie), Janet Alamo (Isadore), Dennis Kolbow (Heidi), Davey Kolbow, Ken Kolbow (Shelly) and Donald Kolbow (Candy). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
