She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Marie and Peter J. Pestka; her husband John D. Ketchum; her daughter Sherri L.; and her son-in-law Denniz Budzinski.
She is survived by: her children, Donna K. Summ (Kenneth W.) and Peter J. Ketchum (Amy Boyd); her grandchildren, Nicole J. Plotkin (Michael) and Joseph P. Ketchum (Riley); her children, Kenneth W. Summ II, Jakob J. and Katelyn R. Budzinski; and her great grandchild Kailey Plotkin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
