Dr. Thomas B. Pelkowski, "Tom, Doc" February 1, 1948 – July 11, 2024 Found peace July 11, 2024 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Sandi. Loving father of Zachary (Susan) and Nicholas (Tessa). Cherished grandfather of Chace Thomas. Dear brother of Geoffrey (Sandra Lynn) and Claire (the late Len). Preceded in death by parents "Doc Ray" and Irene.

Tom dedicated his life to the field of dentistry, graduating from Marquette University in 1973 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Graduating from Greenfield High School in 1966, Tom was proud to have played football for the undefeated 1965 "Hustling" Hawks. His love of sports would continue with him his entire life.

The family would like to thank the friends and relatives who visited, prayed, and provided comfort for Tom, as well as the team at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee, who provided exceptional care in his final days.

A visitation will be held at St. Boniface Church, located at W204N11940 Goldendale Rd, Germantown, WI 53022 on Thursday, July 25th, starting at 9 AM. A service will follow at 11. Tom will be interred privately at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
