He was predeceased by: his parents, Elben Tietyen and Viola Tietyen (Rehfeld); his stepmother Ruth Tietyen; and his brother Thomas Tietyen (late Audrey). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Tietyen; his sister Deborah Serafin (Thomas) of Olath, KS; his nieces, Gael Fulcer (Jeff) and Katelyn Serafin; and his friend Bill W.. He is also survived by many relatives, friends and neighbors.
