She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Radke and Matilda Radke; her husband Gordon Daniels; her brother Gilbert; her son Randy; and her grandson Bret.
She is survived by: her children, Ann (Denny) and Mark (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Kelly, Carla, Shane and Nicole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Ardith M. Daniels, (nee) Radke, age 89, of Germantown died on Tuesday September 28, 2021 at Patriot Place in Berlin after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
