She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Purkapile and Leona Purkapile (Davis); her husband Frank E. Smith; her family Genoa; her son Charles Smith; her grandsons, Jarid Schmidt, John Smith and Jason Kamrowski; her siblings, Leonard Purkapile (Janice), Alice Bush (William) and Helen Potter (Lyle); and her son-in-law Rolland DeLine.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara DeLine, Jerry Smith (Therese), Dale Smith (Leona), Yvonne Ellefson (Marty Balvanz), Jim Smith (Shirley), Patty Veglahn (Dwight), Jessica Kamrowski (Roman) and Linda Smith (Terry Ostrem); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Ben, Clay Smith, Jessica Harp, Wade Smith, Daniel, David Ellefson, Molly, Wanda Waters, Anna, Rachel, James Veglahn and Janelle Kamrowski; her great grandchildren, Braeden, Austin, Tyler, Alexis and Murphy; and her great great grandchild Layla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a vast group of friends.
