We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2022, at the age of 61, Susan M. Church of Genoa City, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Kohler (Ulrich). She is survived by: her father Edward "Mike" Kohler; her husband Steve Church; her daughter Rebecca Kostman (Jason); her grandchildren, Jameson and Jaxton; her siblings, Mark Kohler (Donita), Teresa Logan and Kimberly Lepkowski; and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Stein (Marty) and Craig Church (Connie Jo). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
