He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris V. Moen and Beatrice Moen (Strand). He is survived by: his wife Mickey Horgan-Moen; his son Brian Moen (Lauren); his granddaughters, Julianna and Isabella; and also, Michael Horgan (Gloria), Nate, Stephen Horgan (Kris), Liam, Jack, Charlie Horgan (Jennifer) and Hannah.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials in his name may be made to Patriot K9's of Wisconsin.
