He is survived by: his sister Denise Johnson (Bob) of Ferryville, WI; his nephews, Mike Johnson (Amanda) and Bill (Veronica Johnson); his niece Hannah Smage (Pat); his great-nieces, Lily, Ella and Madelyn; his great-nephew Alex; and his close friends, Dave and Mike.
