He is survived by: his children, David Collett of Genoa City, WI., Jennifer Collett of Beecher, IL. and Daniel Collett of Norridge, IL.; his grandchildren, Andrew Collett, Michael Schram and Genevieve Schram; and his siblings, Lucy Gurley, Karen Roark and Sam Collett.
