He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Alvina Augusta Emma Deegan (Teatz); and his son Charles. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Joyce (Brian Kobischka) and Jerry Deegan of Rockford, IL; and his grandchildren, Jill Reede (Michael), Halie Kirby (Corey) and Nick Deegan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
