She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fish and Mabel Fish (Pettit); her significant other Joe Faulkner; her daughter Amy Jo Faulkner; her brother Lawrence Fish, Jr.; her cousin Diana Genz; and her son-in-law Jason Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughter Sara Jo Faulkner of New Lisbon; her grandchildren, Jacee, Spencer and Justyn Wallace of New Lisbon; her sister-in-law Marsha Harwood (Kenny) of Boscobel; her mother-in-law Helen Degenhardt (Karl) of Boscobel; her niece Tera Harwood; her nephews, Mark Harwood of Gays Mills and Joe Harwood of Boscobel; her aunt Marilyn Faulkner (Jim); her sisters, Deb Jerrett, Fonda Dickman and Alice Stoltz; and her pet Marnie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
