He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo McDonald and Ruth McDonald (McCormick); his daughter Amy Jo McDonald; and his brother-in-law William Fillbach. He is survived by: his wife Catherine McDonald (Katie); his daughter Kara Murphy (Troy) of Prairie; his grandchildren, Mackenna and Keaton Murphy; and his siblings, Rosemary Liggett of Racine, WI., Janice Fillbach of Waunakee, WI. and Joseph McDonald (Janice) of Viroqua, WI.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
