He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn Schulist; his sons, Duane, William and Jeff; his grandson William Kulas; his daughter-in-law Mary Kulas (Schmidt); his siblings, Anton (Cecelia), Victor, Stanley (Rose), Edward, Elizabeth Mlodik (Leo), Angeline Morton, Caroline Bronk (Alvin) and Margaret Wierzba (Martin); and also, Anton Worzalla, Robert Kizewski and Robert Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Steve, Jim and Teri; his son-in-law Gary Lepak; his spouse Gary (Marilyn) of Amherst Junction; his daughter Brenda Plum (Brian); his grandchildren, Jordon and Caden; his children, Jennifer Brown (James), Dylan, Carson, Michael, Jon (Melanie), Korbin, Paylin, Kastin, Kollins, Chris (Dana), Peter (Dana), Elise, Jackson, Joe (Pam), Landon, Malayna, Grady, Verena, Robert Kulas, Brian (Tina), Shannon, Gavin, Kevin (Tracy), Jersie, Sydnee, Kristi Bartel (Jason), McKenna, Zander, Gage, Bradley, Darrell, Allison, Matthew Kulas (Kaitlin), Evelyn, Layton, Aubree, Julie Wade, Jake (Kelsey), Brandon, Gina Kusters, Ryan, Samantha, Jay Wonser and Madison; his grandchild Karma; his children, Kelly Mueller (Mark), Jason (Krystal), Tom, Katie, Alaina, Cammie, Olivia, Daniel, Cassie Brandt (Scott), Melissa Resch (Brett), Emmitt, Maverick, Ashley (Mitch Schnabel), Eric (Dani) and Phil (Shana); his grandchildren, Bentley, Westley, Knoxley and Allan (Sheri); his children, Noah, Kaylie, Sara Groeschel (Nicholas), Kyle, Tyler, Jenna, Mitch, Adam (Stephanie) and Avery; and his siblings, John Kulas (Corine), Agnes Worzalla, Anna Kizewski, Mary Ann Riley and Barbara Konkol (Frank).
