She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kujak and Dorothy Kujak (Clark); her husband Paul Jaszewski; and her brother Richard Kujak. She is survived by: her children, John (Maureen) of Dodge, Lori Severson (Rick) of Galesville, Lisa Black of Ettrick, Linda Halverson (Todd) of Galesville, Mary Hauser (Michael) of Trempealeau and Bonnie Wood (Mickey) of Ettrick; her grandchildren, Tina, Bill (Nikki), Becky (Ryan), Danielle (Dave), Jordan, Jaclyn (Karl), Joshua, Bella and Tori; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Ashtyn, Wyatt, Landon, Brea, Harper, Maeva, Nash, Bowie and Blaze; her siblings, David Kujak of Dodge, Mary Spittler (Roger) of Galesville and Karen Radomski of Winona; and her sister-in-law Alice Wicka of Winona.
