He was predeceased by: his sons, Juno and Timothy; his son-in-law David Bender; and his siblings, Richard, Alvin and Shirley.

He is survived by: his children, Theresa Bender, Sherry Flory (Mike) and Charles Muller (Betsy); and his brother-in-law George. He is also survived by his cat "Henry", many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
