She is survived by: her husband Gordon Cook; her sister Maureen Stark (Dwight); her stepchildren, Keith Cook (Jill), Brenda Cook, Deanna Cook and Kim Cook (Ryan); her nephew Brian Stark (Kris); and her nieces, Sarah Stark, Rachel Stark, Jenny Born (Bill), Nicole Zollman (Mike) and Elizabeth Rose.
