He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Ellinghuysen; his daughter-in-law Carrie Vande Zande (Jones); his children, Lyndin, Azlynn and Milton Elisha; his stepgranddaughters, Mikayla and Natalya Vande Zande; his son David Enright (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Natalya, Lyndin, Azlynn and Milton Elisha (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
