He was predeceased by: his parents, George Deeren and Florence Deeren (Johnson) of Galesville; his wife Alvina Berg; his son Curt; his sibling Cleone Henry (Robert Henry); his daughter-in-law Annette Deeren (Chris); and also, Elsie, Phillip Hanevold, Elaine, Richard Wegner, Janice, Wayne Wandry, Jeanette and Charles Horvath.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Deeren of Iola, TX, Daniel Deeren (Susan) of Rio, WI, Rick Deeren of Galesville and Pamela Remus of Holmen, WI.; his grandchildren, Tracy Crenshaw (Ben) of Iola, TX, Brent Deeren (Mary) of Iola, TX, Jody Clemens (Cody) of Iola, TX, Brad Deeren (Jennifer) of Clayton, NC, Kevin Deeren (Julie) of Eustis, FL, Kurt Deeren of DeForest, WI and Kraig Deeren (Carolyn) of Lodi; and also, Olida Brown of Lake Forest, CA and Otto Berg (Charline) of Yorba Linda, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (20335 W Gale Ave, Galesville, WI 54630). The military honors will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of Flowers family would prefer memorials be given to Marinuka Manor or Zion Lutheran Church.
