He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius and Audrey (Skar); his sisters, Patricia and Bea; his granddaughter Crystal Reim; and his son-in-law Jeff Reed.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Reed, Penny Allen (Orville), Vicki Wachtl (Tom), Dana Frase, Terry Basher (James) and Patti Reim (Richard); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Thomas, Ginger, Dustin, Jeremy, Timothy, Robert, Brian and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Rasha, Peyton and Nash.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in Cecil's honor.
