He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Bernice Ellis Sr. (Harnisch); his wife LaVerne Elliott; his son Kevin Ellis; and his son-in-law Dennis Procknow.
He is survived by: his children, Karl Ellis, Renee Procknow, Rita Chiariello, Amy Little (Robert) and Carrie Doyle (William); and his daughter-in-law Paula Ellis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
