She is survived by: her husband Merlin James Woudstra of Randolph; her children, Jim Woudstra (Kerry) of Fall River and Lori Roberts (Dale Leystra) of Cambria; her grandson Derek Johnson of Van Nuys, CA; and her siblings, Tom Esser (Annette) of Madison and Sandy Lewis (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, several other relatives, friends.

Following the CDC guidelines, social distancing will be practiced and face coverings will be required.
