She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit DeBoer and Tena DeBoer (Bulthuis); her husband Donald DeYoung; her brother Laverne DeBoer (Pete); and her grandson Gerrit Fleck.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel DeYoung (Maxine), Kristine Berger (Rick) and Kalleen Katze (DeYoung); and her siblings, Gary DeBoer (Chris), Bernie Rouse (Al) and Norma Van Buren (Dale). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
