She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard (Sarah Stiemsma) and Alsum; her siblings, Gerritt Stiemsma, Raymond Stiemsma, Marjorie Verhulst (Leonard) and Dorothy DeHaan (John); her grandsons, Jason Rydquist and Jeff Cisler; and her daughter-in-law Mary Streekstra.
She is survived by: her child Sandy; her husband Henry Streekstra; her grandchildren, Jana Richter, Joseph Marwitz, Rachel Mast Barba, Ryan Rydquist, Shane Rydquist, Amy Crum, Laura Mitchell, Donald Cisler, Danya Cisler, Allison Streekstra, Matthew Streekstra and Avis Streekstra; her great grandchildren, Makenna Richter, Max Richter, Anikah Richter, Alex Richter, Kayla Mast, Haley Barba, Carter Barba, Breanna Crum, Seth Rydquist and Mila Mitchell; and her sisters-in-law, Helena Stiemsma and Judy Stiemsma.
