She is survived by: her children, Kathy Goforth and Henry Piatek (Lil); and her grandchildren, Carl Goforth (Patty), Louis Swiger (Rita), Jenny Goforth, Steve Goforth, Tom Goforth, Henry Piatek (Heather) and Brad Piatek. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
