He was predeceased by: his father Randall Billington; his brother Roy Billington; and his foster sister Wendy Hiller. He is survived by: his mother Maude Billington (Powell); the mother of his children Rita Billington (Finch); his son Wives; his wife Rita; his son Randall Jr.; his stepdaughters, Theresa King (Douglas) and Michelle Jeffery; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Dylan (Finance Jade), Sebastian, Brandon Billington, Tyler, Colten Jeffery, Cheryl, Jennifer Hancock and Thomas Marten. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
