He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lecas and Eleanor P. Lauterbach; and his stepfather John Lauterbach. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lecas Sr. (Cheryl Pietrzak), Melissa Lecas (Nick Batzler) and Theresa Hamus; his grandchildren, Amara Ramirez, Jamie Lecas Jr., Caileana Batzler, Heather, Ryan and Mikey; his siblings, Robert Lecas and Stacey Lecas; his wife Diane Hamus; and his nieces, Charlotte Mohr and Kelly Sorenson. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
