He is survived by: his wife Diane Sipe; his sons, Jesse Sipe IV, Nathon Sipe and Anthony Sipe (Erin); his grandson Aiden Sipe Snyder; his sister Sandy McIntyre; his nieces and nephews, Caity and Cody; his half-sister Dee Halon; his stepsiblings, Jackie Wagner and Charles Wagner; his sister-in-law Sharon Sipe; his nephew David Sipe; his niece Stephanie Russell (Michael); his great-nephews, Hayden and Aaron Russell; his nephew Daniel Stephens; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lilly, Addison and Alexis Stephens. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
