He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Smith and Hazel Smith; and his wife Clara. He is survived by: his son Danny Smith; his granddaughters, Amber Carlson (Edward), Darian Fields (Sean), Hannah Smith and Alexia Smith; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Edward, Aiden, Kensley and Liam.
