He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hammer of Ripon and Brett (Hammer); his grandchildren, Colleen, Emily (Jon), Sina, Dylan, Elizabeth, Taylor and McKenna; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Caden; and also April. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
