He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Buchholtz and Esther Buchholtz (Boelter); his brothers, Carl and Robert; and his sisters-in-law, Erma, Doris and Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Harsch; his children, Brian Buchholtz (Bobbie), Bruce Buchholtz (Kathy) and Paula Struzynski (Joe); his grandchildren, Adam, Alex (Alli), Aubrey, Ben, Sami, Emily, Haley, Lucas and Lexi; his brother-in-law Russ Harsch (Peggy); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
