It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vernon Garvey (Freedom, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 88, on August 4, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Garvey and Josephine Garvey (Weyenberg); his former wife Emilie "Tootie" Giesen; and his grandsons, Tim and Andy.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jansen; and his children, Dan Garvey, Patty Garvey, Doug Garvey, Peggy Maas, Don Garvey and Penny Young (Mark). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, the family celebrated Vernon's life during a private family service and burial took place next to Tootie at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Freedom.
