He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Angela; his grandchildren, Trent (Jade Dismuke), Aaliyah and Quincy; his daughters, Jeri Kuehne (Clint) and Lisa (Bryce Nixon); his grandchildren, Raelynn and Brynn; his brothers, Jeff (Renee), Mike (Marlene) and Dennis Vanden Heuvel (Sandy); his parents-in-law, Dan Hurst (Tweet), Gary Hurst, Dick Hurst (Joyce), Pam Watkins (Shorty), Ken Hurst Jr., Jean Reffke (Steve), Greg Hurst (Pam), Jay Hurst and De Bolwerk (Todd); his godchildren, Mark Hurst, Kristin Ginthum and Tanner Vanden Heuvel; and also, Brianna and Ben. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
