He is survived by: his parents, Pete Brockman and Penny Brockman; his sister Danielle Brockman (Alan); his pets, Jake and Dusty; his aunts and uncles, Cindy Kersten, Jo Pritzl (Joe), Tammy Thyssen (Mike), Judy Knaus, Marlene Brockman, Carol Paltzer (Toby), Bill Brockman (Pat), Lyn Stephani (Herb), LeRoy Brockman (Glenda) and Gary Brockman (Marilyn); and his godparents, Mel Brockman (Kathy), Mary Ebben (Cliff), Tony Brockman, Rachel Acord (Tom), Charlotte Vanden (Dan), Kris Brockman (Race McComb) and Dan Brockman (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Terry's name to help others battling addiction.
