She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ney and Theresa "Daisy" Ney (Koskie); her husband Joseph J. Green; her sons, Russ and Ken Green; her siblings, George Ney (Mary), James Ney, Mildred Fose and Patricia De Berard; and her in-laws, Alice Peterson (Edwin), Agnes Weyers (Andrew), Edna Rickert (Joseph), Margaret Vanden Hoogen (Anthony) and Isabel Green.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Green (Cathy Stephani), Ellen Vissers (David), Donald Green (Becky Romenesko), Donna Green, Mary Bartels (Steve), Carl "Buck" Green (Jean Hietpas) and Karen Foley (Jim); and her brother-in-law John Fose. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A vigil service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home (N3972 Columbia Ave, Freedom, WI 54130). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church (N4086 County Rd E, Freedom, WI 54130).
