He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Klarer and Mary Klarer; his brother Jerry; and his niece Kelly-Jean Ney. He is survived by: his sister Jane Scheibe (Larry); his sister-in-law Joan Klarer; and his nieces and nephews, Pauline Hostettler (Glen), Karin Klarer, Jeff Klarer, Steve Scheibe (Stacie) and Sara Otting (Travis).
