He is survived by: his father John Meulemans; his wife Amanda Ward; his mother Debbie Meulemans (Nettekoven); his brother Jason Meulemans (Becky); his grandmother Nancy Meulemans; his nieces, Mackenzie and Hailey Meulemans; his mother-in-law Remona Ward; his brother-in-law Andy Ward; his grandfather-in-law Vera Piver; and his children, Sapphire, Reavo and Grymm. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
