He is survived by: his children, Nicole Matuszak (Tom), Ashley Kortz, Katie Kortz (Brandon Hawks) and Amanda Kortz (Bill Hietpas); his grandchildren, Drake (Big Guy) and Halle Hietpas; and his siblings, Jack Kortz, Dorothy Haberland (Jerry), Janice Farrell (Bill), Gary Kortz (Theresa) and Terry Kortz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
