He is survived by: his children, Denise Bast (John), Tina Sabel (Dan), Kent Kerkhoff (Kari Werner) and James Kerkhoff (Dawn); his brothers, Mark Kerkhoff (Cindy) and Dennis Kerkhoff (Luanne); his sister-in-law Arlene Mauel (Leonard); and also Phil Gomm. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
