She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hayes (Ron) and Gary Hooyman (Sherry); her brothers, Mike Maulick (Mary Therese) and Bob Maulick (Diana); her son-in-law Joe Vandenberg (Kaukauna); and her grandchildren, Lori Zavada (Dave Muchka), Sara Perrizo (Dan Noah), Ronnie Hayes, Trisha Reader (Chad), Tami Hooyman (Jon Fietsch) and Scott Hooyman. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
