He was predeceased by: his uncle Bill Van Eperen; and his cousin Scott Van Eperen. He is survived by: his parents, John "Jack" Van Eperen (Barb) and Joan Simpson (Rick); his daughter Arielle; his wife Cheri Van Eperen; his daughter Adrienne Van Eperen; his granddaughter Alessa Van Eperen; his sister Patti Haupt (Brian); his parents-in-law, Bill and Joyce Nagan; his brother-in-law Andy Nagan (Katrina); his stepbrother Nick Glatz (Angela); and his nieces and nephews, Tori Schlavensky (Neal), Tyler Haupt (Faith Vosters), Ethan Nagan, Lettie Nagan and Bennett Glatz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
