He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schaetz and Ellen Schaetz (Hock); and his brother-in-law Richard Geurts. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Geurts (Leo), Dennis Schaetz, Steve Schaetz (Tammy), Joy Rickert (Dan), Joseph Schaetz, Kari Liebergen (Dale) and Kathy Igoe (Dave). He is also survived by two aunts; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
