He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bowers and Anna Bowers (Arnoldussen); his son Bob (Lisa Schadrie); his parents-in-law, Norbert and Harriet Green; his siblings, Rosie Greiner (Carl), Joyce Broeren (Tom), Harvey (Joan), LaVern, Elaine, Gordon, Vernon, Dorothy Bowers and Helen Dachelet (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Van Hoof (Jim), Joyce Golden, Bob Woldt and Earl Green.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Green; his children, David Bowers (Beth), Paul Bowers (Shelly), Ken Bowers (Sally), Kim Dotson (Don) and Kari Bowers; his grandchildren, Andy, Jen, Nicole, Kevin, Melissa, Tara, Ryan, Amanda, Jonah, Dakota, Jacob, Emily, Connor, Sophie, Justin, Karley and Allie; his brother Glenn Bowers; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Bowers, Bernie Green, Donna Woldt and James Golden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in his name.
