He is survived by : his daughters, Wendy Schlueter (Paul) and Julie Maxwell (Kris); his grandchildren, Ryan Bowers (Amber) and Amanda Gasman (Rick); his great grandchildren, Rosalie, Mila, Kensley and Piper; his sister Betty Appleton; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Appleton and Tom Sutliff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
