He is survived by: his mother Caroleen Traeder Hart; his wife Wendy; his children, Dakota "Cody" of Fredonia, Amber of Fredonia, Skylar of Fredonia, Jordon Hart of Fredonia, Charles Hart (Chloe) of Miami, FL and Steve Hart (Allison) of Summit, WI.; his grandchildren, Savannah Prochnow of Milwaukee, Vivian Walsh of Summit and Joseph Hart of Miami, FL; and his siblings, Larry Hart (Sue) of Virginia, Mike Hart (Kathi) of North Carolina, Debbie Hart and Leanne Junker (Brad) of Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
