He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Degnitz; his children, Renee Esselmann (Jerry) and Ryan Degnitz (Diana); his grandchildren, Zachary Esselmann, Chelsea Mueller (Jeremy), Tyler Degnitz and Trevor Degnitz; his sister Shirley Lubbert; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Puestow (Mary), Luella Pufahl (Harley) and Margie Hauch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
